How to Check If Your App Uses the Correct Station Stream

If you recently changed streaming panels, servers, or mount points, check that your mobile app still uses the correct stream. Open the app and listen for the expected audio. Then open your current public stream URL in a browser or media player and compare the audio. If the app plays old content, silence, or a different station, it may still be using an old stream URL. Check whether the old stream is still online, as this can hide the issue during testing. Send support the old stream URL if known, the new stream URL, the app name, and the station name. Do not delete the old stream until the app update is confirmed, especially if live listeners are still using it.
