How to Change Mail Settings for a Domain in Plesk

Plesk allows you to manage mail settings for each domain, but the available options depend on your hosting plan and server configuration. Log in to Plesk, go to Websites & Domains, find the domain, and open Mail Settings. Review whether mail service is enabled, which webmail option is selected, and any limits or protection settings shown. If you use external email such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, local mail service may need to be disabled to avoid delivery issues. Do not change mail settings during business hours unless you understand the impact. After saving changes, send test messages from an outside mailbox and confirm delivery works in both directions.
