How to Test WHMCS Products Before Selling Them

Before launching a WHMCS product, test the full order and provisioning flow. Create a test client account and place an order for the product. Use a safe payment method or mark the order paid only if appropriate for testing. Confirm the product provisions correctly in the connected system, such as cPanel, SonicPanel, or another module. Check the welcome email, service details, client area buttons, pricing, billing cycle, invoice, tax, and cancellation options. Test suspension and unsuspension only on a non-production account. If anything fails, review module settings, server group, package name, cron status, and logs. Do not launch products publicly until at least one complete test order works as expected.
