Restoring a backup can replace current website data, so review the backup date and contents before continuing. In Plesk, open Websites & Domains, go to Backup Manager, and select the backup you want to restore. Choose whether to restore everything or specific items such as files, databases, mail accounts, or DNS records if your permissions allow it. For WordPress or other database-driven sites, files and database data often need to match. After starting the restore, wait for completion and then test the website, admin login, forms, email, and key pages. If the site handles orders or bookings, be careful because restoring an older database may remove recent activity.
