How to Create a Custom Product Welcome Email

A good welcome email reduces support tickets and helps clients start using their service. In WHMCS admin, go to System Settings > Email Templates and create or edit a product welcome email. Include the client name, service name, login URL, username if provided by the module, and links to your knowledgebase. Keep the instructions short but useful. For cPanel hosting, include how to access cPanel, nameserver details, and support links. For radio hosting, include the streaming panel URL and first setup steps. After saving, open the product settings and assign the correct welcome email. Place a test order and check that all merge fields display correctly before sending it to real clients.
