How to Log In to Plesk and Find Your Website Tools

To manage your website in Plesk, log in using the Plesk link provided by Online Audience or from your client area service details. Enter your username and password, then open Websites & Domains. This area normally contains the main tools for your hosting, including File Manager, databases, mail settings, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS settings, WordPress Toolkit, backups, and hosting settings. Before changing anything, check that you are working on the correct domain. If you manage more than one website, expand the right domain card and use the tools shown under that domain. Do not share your Plesk password with support or developers. Create separate access where possible and contact support if you cannot log in.
