How to Set Up a cPanel Server in WHMCS

This guide helps Online Audience resellers connect a cPanel & WHM server to WHMCS. First, log in to WHM and create an API token with the permissions required for account creation, suspension, unsuspension, termination, password changes, and package access. Next, log in to WHMCS admin and go to System Settings > Servers. Click Add New Server, choose cPanel as the module, and enter the hostname, IP address, username, and API token. Save the server and use the Test Connection option. If the test fails, check the hostname, firewall, SSL setting, WHM username, token permissions, and whether the cPanel server licence is active.
