Before selling radio hosting, define packages that are easy for clients to understand. Decide the listener limit, bitrate, disk space, AutoDJ allowance, stream format, and whether live DJ access is included. Create matching packages in SonicPanel or your radio control platform first. Then create each product in WHMCS with the same package name and price. In the WHMCS product description, explain what the client receives and mention any fair use or bandwidth rules. Configure module settings so WHMCS provisions the correct radio package automatically. Test every package with a real test order. Confirm the customer welcome email includes the panel URL, username, basic setup steps, and support link.
