How to Log in and Use the Sonic Panel Dashboard

This guide helps you log in to Sonic Panel and understand the main dashboard before making changes to your station. The dashboard is your starting point for checking whether your radio stream is online, whether AutoDJ is running, what is currently playing and whether listeners are connected.
Step-by-step guide
- Open the Sonic Panel login page: https://sonic.onlineaudience.co.uk/cp/log.php.
- Enter the username and password supplied for your radio hosting account.
- After logging in, pause on the dashboard and check the service status before clicking other options.
- Look for the radio status, AutoDJ status, current track information and listener count.
- Use the left-hand menu to access common areas such as Manage Radio, Playlist Manager, Music Library, DJ Accounts, statistics and player links.
For day-to-day use, the most important rule is simple: check the status first, then make changes. If your stream is online but there is no audio, the issue is usually AutoDJ, playlist content or a live DJ connection rather than the whole service. If the stream itself is offline, start the radio service first, then check AutoDJ. Never send your password to support or presenters. If access is lost, request a reset instead.
