How to Customise WHMCS Email Templates

WHMCS email templates control many messages customers receive, including welcome emails, invoice notices, password resets, and ticket notifications. To customise them, go to System Settings > Email Templates. Choose the template you want to edit and review the subject, body, merge fields, and language versions. Keep wording clear and professional. Add your reseller brand name, support links, and any important service instructions. Do not remove important merge fields unless you understand what they do, because they may insert login details, invoice links, or service information. Send a test email before using the template on live customers. For product welcome emails, check the template assigned inside the product settings.
