How to Check Website Logs in Plesk

Plesk · Self-help guide

Website logs help you troubleshoot errors without guessing. Log in to Plesk, open Websites & Domains, select the affected domain, and look for Logs. Use the log viewer to check recent requests and errors around the time the issue happened. Common log entries may show missing files, permission errors, PHP warnings, blocked requests, or redirect problems. Reproduce the issue in your browser and refresh the log view to see new entries. Do not share full logs publicly because they can include IP addresses, file paths, and private technical details. When contacting support, include the affected URL, the time tested, the visible browser error, and a small relevant log extract.
