How to Update Your Station Logo or Branding in the App

If your station branding changes, your mobile app may need a logo or colour update. Prepare the new logo in a high-quality format such as PNG, preferably with a transparent background if suitable. For app icons, use a square image and avoid small wording around the edges, because it may be cropped or hard to read on mobile screens. Also provide your preferred main colour, website link, social links, and any updated station description. Send the changes through a support ticket and clearly explain what should be replaced. Some changes may require a new app build or store update, which can take time. Keep the old branding available until the updated version is approved and live.
