How to Fix the WordPress White Screen of Death
WordPress · Self-help guide
A blank white screen usually means WordPress has hit a PHP error or memory issue. First, think about what changed recently, such as a plugin update, theme change, or PHP version change. If you can access the dashboard, deactivate the most recent plugin and test again. If you cannot access the dashboard, use File Manager or FTP to rename the plugin folder inside wp-content/plugins. This disables plugins temporarily. You can also rename the active theme folder to force WordPress to use a default theme if installed. Check the error log in your hosting panel for details. Do not keep making random changes. Record the error message and contact support if the issue remains.
