How to Install WordPress Manually with Files and a Database
WordPress · Self-help guide
Manual WordPress installation gives you more control but must be done carefully. Download WordPress from the official WordPress website. Upload the files into your website folder, usually public_html, using File Manager or FTP. Create a MySQL database and database user in your hosting control panel, then give the user full permissions for that database. Visit your domain in a browser and follow the WordPress installer. Enter the database name, database username, password, and database host exactly as shown in your hosting panel. Choose a secure admin username and password. Once installed, delete any unused installation files and log in to the dashboard to update themes, plugins, and core files.
